Partner with BookNex Solutions

1. Program Eligibility

The BookNex Solutions Affiliate Program is open to individuals and companies who:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have an active BookNex account with Basic Plan or higher
• Have a valid website, blog, social media presence, or other promotional channels
• Agree to comply with all program terms and applicable laws
• Have not been previously terminated from the program for violations
• Operate legitimate businesses and promotional methods

BookNex Solutions reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure & Rates

Commission Rates:

• Monthly Subscriptions: 10% recurring commission
• Annual Subscriptions: 15% recurring commission

Commission Calculation:

• Commission is calculated on net subscription revenue (excluding taxes, fees, and refunds)
• Commission rates apply to all subscription types and plans
• Lifetime recurring commissions on all renewal payments
• Rates are fixed and not tiered by performance volume

3. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule:

• Commissions are processed 30 days after the customer's subscription payment date
• Payments are issued monthly on the 15th of each month
• Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD (or equivalent in other currencies)
• Balances below minimum threshold roll over to the next payment cycle

Payment Methods:

• PayPal (preferred method)
• Direct bank transfer / ACH
• Stripe payment
• International wire transfer (for amounts over $500)

Important Notes:

• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information
• Payment processing fees may apply depending on the method selected
• All payments are made in USD unless otherwise arranged
• Tax documentation may be required for payments exceeding certain thresholds

4. Cookie Duration & Attribution

• Cookie Duration: 90 days from the initial click on your affiliate link
• Last-Click Attribution: The most recent affiliate link clicked receives credit
• Cross-Device Tracking: When possible, conversions are tracked across devices
• Direct Traffic: If a referred customer returns via direct URL, your cookie will still receive credit within the 90-day window

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

• Self-Referrals: Referring yourself, family members, or companies you own/control
• Fraudulent Activity: Fake signups, stolen credit cards, or any form of fraud
• Spam: Unsolicited emails, spam comments, or any spam-related promotion
• Misleading Claims: False advertising, misrepresentation of BookNex features or pricing
• Trademark Bidding: Bidding on BookNex trademarked terms in paid search campaigns
• Incentivized Signups: Offering cash, credits, or incentives for signups (without prior approval)
• Adult Content: Promoting on adult, illegal, or offensive websites
• Cookie Stuffing: Forcing or tricking users into accepting affiliate cookies
• Coupon Code Sites: Unauthorized coupon or discount code websites (without approval)
• Impersonation: Pretending to be BookNex Solutions or an official representative

Violation Consequences: Immediate termination, forfeiture of all pending commissions, and potential legal action.

6. Marketing & Brand Guidelines

• Use only approved marketing materials from your affiliate dashboard
• Always disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting BookNex
• Do not modify BookNex logos, trademarks, or brand assets
• Follow FTC guidelines for affiliate disclosure (USA) or equivalent regulations in your country
• Do not create confusion about your relationship with BookNex Solutions
• Obtain written approval before using BookNex in domain names or social media handles
• Respect all intellectual property rights and copyrights

7. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

• If a customer cancels before the 30-day payment processing period, no commission is earned
• If a refund is issued after commission payment, the amount will be deducted from future earnings
• Chargebacks will result in immediate commission reversal
• High refund rates (>10%) may result in account review or termination
• Commissions on renewed subscriptions follow the same 30-day payment schedule

8. Account Termination

You may terminate your affiliate account at any time by:

• Sending written notice to support@booknexsolutions.com
• All earned and approved commissions will be paid according to the regular schedule
• Pending commissions (within 30-day window) may be forfeited

BookNex Solutions may terminate your account for:

• Violation of any program terms or policies
• Fraudulent activity or attempts to game the system
• Inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months
• Poor quality referrals (high refund/chargeback rates)
• Damage to BookNex Solutions' reputation or brand
• Any reason deemed necessary at our sole discretion

Upon termination for violations:

• All pending and unpaid commissions may be forfeited
• Access to the affiliate dashboard will be revoked immediately
• You must cease all promotional activities immediately
• Re-application to the program is prohibited

9. Modifications to Terms

BookNex Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification to registered affiliates
• Updates posted on this page with "Last Updated" date
• Announcements in the affiliate dashboard

Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account as outlined in Section 8.

10. Limitation of Liability

• BookNex Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program
• We do not guarantee any specific level of earnings or results
• Technical issues, tracking errors, or payment delays do not constitute breach of contract
• Maximum liability is limited to unpaid commissions owed under these terms

11. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• All affiliate data, commission structures, and business information are confidential
• You may not disclose confidential information without written permission
• Customer information obtained through referrals is strictly confidential
• We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations
• Your personal and payment information is securely stored and processed

12. Tax Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all taxes related to affiliate earnings
• BookNex Solutions may require tax documentation (W-9, W-8BEN, etc.) for compliance
• We may report earnings to tax authorities as required by law
• Consult with a tax professional regarding your specific obligations

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or equivalent in your jurisdiction).
